1 year Thai long term visa without leaving

This is a special visa only we can offer at the moment.

You don't need to set up a company or jump through any special hoops to get this visa. We do that for you. But like all one year visas you need to have a Non-Immigrant visa before applying for this visa.

How to get a Non Immigrant visa?

If you have a Non-Immigrant visa you can skip this and save some money.

You are in Thailand

If you are in Thailand and you don't have a Non-Immigrant visa, you probably have a Tourist visa (30 or 60 days), a Transit visa or a Visa on Arrival (15 or 30 days).

In this case we need to change your visa to a Non-Immigrant B visa which is valid for 3 months. You will need to accompany our lawyer to the Immigration office in Bangkok. This will take around 30 minutes.

After perhaps 2 months pass, we will continue the process for your 1 year visa. Of course next year you won't have to go through this procedure again

You are not yet in Thailand

In this case it's often easier and a bit cheaper to apply for a Non-Immigrant B visa in your country of residence.

Unfortunately this requires a lot of paperwork and an invitation from a Thai company. We don't recommend you try it yourself, we have heard about many bad experiences.

Probably the cheapest option is if we prepare the paperwork for you, send it to your home address and than you will apply at your local Thai consulate or embassy in person.
